RBA help many organisations to recruit the right people, ensuring they match to the role and, therefore, retain them. Our approach is based around many years experience, allied to best practice and robust understanding of the processes and techniques involved.

By nature, every project is bespoke. Our first task is to gain a clear understanding of the organisation, its aims, culture and objectives. We will assess current practice, and suggest improvements.

In order to ensure that “the right pegs are in the right holes”, we undertake the design of job profiles, skills and competencies. Once we have agreed a clear understanding of the organisations requirements, we will employ effective selection methods, including the sourcing of candidates (including ‘head-hunting’, if required), screening, the design and delivery of selection centres.
